“Hi I just wanted to say guy came to look at my alarm on 13th January.However he had the wrong address.It was making me anxious as I needed to go to work.I think the difficult thing is contacting you because it’s out of hours after 5pm.I contacted the office to make sure guy was coming but couldn’t really speak to anyone.I was hoping to get some discount for the inconvenience.Thanks!”

Good afternoon, Thank you for leaving feedback on the recent visit. We can see that the appointment was scheduled for an arrival between 08:00 and 08:30 on 13th of January. It appears our Engineer began the service at 08:20 and finished the service at 09:25. My apologies that you were made you feel anxious - sometimes it can be difficult to locate properties, especially during busy times with lots of traffic around. Our office is open between 09:00 and 17:00 (Monday to Friday); outside these hours, a message can be left with our Out-of-Hours Operators if needed who would pass on the message for you. As the Engineer attended during the scheduled time, we are unable to provide any discount on this occasion. Kind Regards, Lauren
