Been with Lynx for 17 years and happy with service levels. However, not so happy that they now ask for payment BEFORE doing the service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for using Lynx for so many years. We appreciate that payment is slightly different to previous years. It was a Company decision at the start of this year to politely ask that customers arrange payment for service renewals prior to our visit. This decision was made with the aim of reducing the need to expand our accounting team - we realised that we were spending an increasing amount of time on payment reminders over the past two years. To avoid the need to increase our costs to cover an expanse of the accounting team, we hope this change will make a positive impact so that we can keep our costs competitive for our customers. The visit was efficient, you phoned to ask if it could be a bit earlier which suited me well, my questions were answered and as a bonus the system was in good order with no problems.

Lynx provided an excellent service from the time of quotation to completion of installation. Elliot installed the new camera and alram system to an extremely high standard of quality and workmanship. His professionallism was exemplory and it was a pleasure to have him carry out the install. Would highly recommend Lynx and Elliot to others.

The service was completed quickly. Brian was respectful of my property. My only negative is being asked to pay ahead of the service. Previously, I used to pay once it had been completed
