“Office team swapped my appointment around on the day at very short notice to help me out. Shane was very accommodating and worked round us in the house as we have a very old grumpy dog in the house. He was very professional with servicing the alarm and explained the future situation with the old system. Advised me on the right cctv setup to take information away to sort a quote, was very happy and would like Shane next time.”

“Brian arrived at an agreed earlier time. He tested the alarm panel and did a door walk test. He didn't check the panic alarms in the main bedroom or by the front door as others have done previously, but I didn't remind him as I was unable to pull the bed out to dust due to a recent broken arm. His access number didn't work but he didn't know why, but he worked around it.”
