No issues. Had the annual maintenance visit performed by Jorel. He was professional and completed all tasks and the replacement of a damaged door contact within the alloted time. Thanks Lynx

Booking the date for my annual alarm system service by phone was easy. On the day Jorel arrived within the allotted time frame and was very pleasant and efficient when he carried out the service. He had the batteries changed and everything checked quickly. Thank you to Jorel and Lynx Fire &Security.

Cavan arrived and from the moment he came in he was very personable and friendly, he was extremely helpful and sorted out both our apps and got them working again and set another setting for our alarm as requested, Cavan was very professional and is a credit to your company thank you for wonderful service

Been with Lynx for 17 years and happy with service levels. However, not so happy that they now ask for payment BEFORE doing the service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for using Lynx for so many years. We appreciate that payment is slightly different to previous years. It was a Company decision at the start of this year to politely ask that customers arrange payment for service renewals prior to our visit. This decision was made with the aim of reducing the need to expand our accounting team - we realised that we were spending an increasing amount of time on payment reminders over the past two years. To avoid the need to increase our costs to cover an expanse of the accounting team, we hope this change will make a positive impact so that we can keep our costs competitive for our customers.
