“Hi, Shane was very knowledgeable and patient explaining how to work the alarm as I had not maintained it for some years. I'm very grateful the alarm is working again to help me feel safe and for Shane to take the time to explain how to set / unset the alarm as being elderly and living alone you can feel quite vulnerable. Many thanks once again and I'm now on the list to keep up the annual maintenance plan.”
