“Time for the yearly service of the alarm, the engineer arrived and quickly started checking everything out. He took the time to help sort out little things like connecting to the new App and showing some of the new features. He was efficient, courteous and polite throughout. Excellent service.”

“We have always had excellent service from Lynx both from office staff and engineers we have had during the last eleven years. Today was no exception when Tom fitted our new alarm. He was polite, cleared up and left everything spick and span. He then explained the new system so that we could understand. We would definitely recommend Lynx Fire and Security to anyone who asked us for an opinion. Many thanks from Fred and Jan.”

“Good, helpful and polite techncians. Administration section is somewhat less prompt in answering 'phone calls, or calling back. As long as you have an annual inspection (£70 plus VAT), call out charges are moderate if you need to call a technician out. We have had only to do this once, and the technician was prompt and dealt with the problem efficiently.”
