Excellent service from the office team when organising the service appointment and payment. The service engineer was very good and very knowledgeable.

Easy great service....quick reminder via e/mail, booked appointment, engineer turned up, friendly and helpful. Invoiced e/mailed through, paid via bank transfer. Easy and effortless !! Many thanks

Been using Lynx for quite a number of years now, always helpful, turn up when they say they will and work quietly in the background. Shane has attended a few times and just gets on with it, he's knowledgeable and efficient.

The driver arrived three minutes after me. He remembered where the control panel is and worked on it immediately. He then tested rach room doors etc He was most polite Please send h next time Thank you

Shane came and quickly assessed our alarm. As far as we know he checked it over and said it was fine. He is a very nice chap, who has been here before. So we are satisfied with his performance.

Brian undertook the annual service visit. He was excellent, thorough, answered all my questions and volunteered helpful information about our system that I did not know - and was grateful to hear.

Tom the engineer managed to fix the problem we had in the end. The person on reception wasn’t very good. Asked if we would like to keep our premises unsecure overnight and call back in the morning to get someone to look at the issue. Also couldn’t give us a time when the engineer would call. Sounds like the issue was also caused by something that should have been picked up by another engineer from Lynx and we will still pay a call out charge. Very poor. Two stars instead of one because they fixed the issue.

Good afternoon, Thank you for leaving a review. We appreciate all feedback, both positive and negative. I can see that our Engineer, Tom, attended to conduct the service recently and no issues were found during this visit. It appears you called after our office was closed - this facility goes through to a 3rd party for message handling who can pass details on to the emergency engineer to arrange a phonecall/visit if required. I'm sorry you felt that the person there who answered was not very good - we will pass on this feedback to the message handling company. It seems our engineer, Brian. attended as an emergency call and was able to clear the fault for you. We are looking into the fault that appeared and will be in touch in due course.
