“Glen our Engineer was very polite and arrived on time and as usual, was very professional in his manner and expertise. His knowledge is amazing and he spent time understanding our ideas and supported it with his recommendations. All of which worked the first time. He is an asset and a great employee of your company. Always a pleasure to have him in our home.”

“Engineer carried out service on my alarm system yesterday 02 11 23 ,polite took shoes off entering house was impressed. Would have given 5 stars but was sent email this morning wanting payment ! I gave engineer a cheque, maybe there could be some system on the I pad to say cheque given re payment, which would be better than me receiving an email requesting payment. I telephoned Lynx this morning and spoke to Isabell and she said she would put it on my account I had paid. I asked for email confirming payment .Thank you Shelagh Marsh”
