“The Lynx engineer who came to do a maintenance visit for our alarm system was very friendly and polite. He wore a mask during whole visit. He completed all the necessary tests efficiently. We have had a Lynx alarm system for over 35 years and have always been very happy with their service.”

“The engineer was a friendly guy but I don't understand how the charge can be so high for a job that takes about 10 minutes - the sensor in my garage was not checked either. Unsure if this was because it was tested differently.”
