“The yearly service reminder was timely and prompted action from us, which was helpful. A very organised and responsive admin team dealt with booking the service engineer who was on time, helpful and thorough. Report from Lynx after service arrived by email and covered all the service actions. Great service thank you.”

“Arrived near the beginning of the 12 - 2pm slot. Completed testing & left within 30 mins. Installed new battery. Advised of potential costs of replacing keypads and control unit - expensive ! Pleasant, efficient, no hassle.”
