“I have ordered sample papers from Lust on two occasions. The first time it didn’t arrive for a few weeks and only after I had to chased the order. The second time - only one of the requested samples I paid for arrived. This is very disappointing from what I consider an expensive site which should be able to get this right but also when I’ve paid for these samples- I expect better.”

“Fantastic wallpaper. It goes on the walls with ease; it doesn’t crinkle, fold, tear or suck up all paste on contact. One of the best wallpapers I’ve ever used. Looks beautiful too!”

“Absolutely gorgeous designs and excellent quality. The samples I ordered have helped me make a decision about my bathroom redecoration and although I thought it looks good now it'll be FABULOUS with the new paper cheers Lust, 11/10 !!!!”

“From ordering the sample to hanging the paper, service was amazing, quick delivery and genuinely the nicest quality paper I’ve ever used. Easy to hang, easy to pattern match and very little waste. Perfect, will order again in the future xx”

“Poor information on the website meant I had to order an extra roll, no warning was given to me that it could be the wrong colour which it was as it was a new batch! Contacted them and they did nothing to help me. They’ve now lost a loyal customers”

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to see the variation of shade that has taken place on this occasion. Whilst we do our best to minimize this between each print run of the paper, sadly we can't ensure a perfect match when additional are needed at a later date. We do always suggest an extra roll is ordered to play it safe and allow free of charge returns if not needed to avoid falling short. Kind regards, Thomas Customer Service Team
