“Ordered cushion on line. Paid and had confirmation email. Next day they messaged to say they didn't have the stock to fulfil the order so just cancelled the order without saying whether they would be back in stock. My sister ordered it again the next day and was successful. Don't understand!! Didn't reply to my enquiry about the cancellation.”

In the event an order can't be fulfilled for whatever reason, on this occasion lack of stock, we would notify and return funds right away to not hold this from you. We are happy to advise of any known restock dates when aware of this but if not we would advise checking back at a later date. “I absolutely love Lust Wallpaper and have different in every room of our house! I wanted to have it all the way upstairs but with the wallpaper we have up already it's gone up a lot in price and I can't justify spending £180. I've got other projects in mind and would love some of it on my ceiling! Still absolutely love it!! My budget just sometimes struggles.”

“The pattern was slightly out, also the quality of the paper was poor. You’re pretty much just paying for the pattern and that’s about it.”

“Paper seems good quality from the samples however its disappointing paying postage on top of paying for samples (I only really wanted 1 sample but paying 5 pound for a sample is a lot. There's was an offer on of 3 free samples but still ended up paying more than I would anywhere else I've had samples)”

“I’ve bought a few wallpaper samples and I have received the same email asking me to review once a week since. I am of course unsubscribing from the mail list but still it should not be like this. Please turn it down with this”

“We were very impressed with the quality of the wallpaper, the suggestion was to paste the wall, first time we had tried this method, it worked very well. From ordering to delivery was very speedy, beautiful boxed with a lovely touch of tissue paper, even the inside of the delivery box was special. The touch of good wishes with the paper was lovely also. Due to the quality of the paper it was easy to use and manoeuvre into place. We had ordered four rolls and used three, the returns process was very organised and easy to follow, the returns money was put into our account in a very short time. Overall we were extremely impressed with everything, but the crowning glory was seeing the end result on the wall. We will be buying from you in the future, and would happily recommend your company to family and friends. Thank you very much.”

“Lovely selection of wallpapers and very happy with the design but got a professional in to hang it and they said it was the hardest wallpaper in the history of mankind to hang. Seems wernt seeming.”

“Ordered wallpaper, great colour and design, absolutely awful quality, creased, left a white line between drops and colour came off when wiping. However, customer service excellent, unfortunately won’t be ordering again due to poor quality of wzlloaoer”

“Your wallpaper is gorgeous! I’ve purchased it before and was super impressed. The samples I ordered were poor quality and I was expecting better. I’ve ordered samples from other companies and was disappointed in the quality of Lust home’s. But the designs are amazing. Some were folded oddly and creases/wrinkles made it harder to evaluate. It might be a certain brand thing because not all of them were like that. Still love your company and will definitely use in the future, but thought you would like to know.”
