“This is our second order from Lust and, as with our first order, the quality of the wallpaper is excellent. The packaging is lovely and the speed of delivery was great. We're very pleased :)”

“Ordered a month ago and never received my product. I’m not certain this is a legitimate company. I reached out and they told me it was coming but weeks later and still nothing.”

“I love the way the product looks but it didn't suggest what I needed to go with it. I didn't see an option like if you buy this, pair it with this (paste or whatever I need) I may have bought something different had I known. And now I don't want to pay for shipping it back to exchange”

“Didn’t receive my package, didn’t help in any way and kept saying the package was left outside which is allowed. I was home all day waiting for multiple packages, I got the other ones and this was never delivered to my house. Shipping information didn’t even tell me what courier delivered it and when the agent sent the information it did not have my address on it. I feel ripped off and will never do business with this company again.”

Thank you for your review and feedback Julie. After review of the tracking with our courier it was deemed a successful delivery by UPS to the address provided. Over in the US they have permission to leave goods in this manner as part of their standard procedure and I can only express my apologies for any trouble caused as a result.
