About Lunar Shoes:

Launched in 1990, Lunar shoes set out with the aim of creating something new, colourful & elegant at prices that were within the reach of most British Women. Each season, the Lunar Design Team select unique materials and trims from all areas of the fashion industry and apply them to footwear.

The results are there for everyone to see, as season after season Lunar create an exciting collection compromising of classic footwear, colourful sandals and boots with a designer twist.

Every season Lunar launch over 300 brand new designs and these can be found in leading Department Stores, Boutiques & shoe shops across the UK & Europe, some are created in up to 7 colours!

In the last 25 years the brand has gone from strength to strength and now the design, buying & QC teams work in tandem and are true to the original aims of creating unique, seasonal designs, incorporating the best trims & embellishments in the latest fashion colours. As you can imagine this is not an easy job and that is why we say:

“Very impressed with GRS's level of customer service. e-mail queries answered within the hour then a fast, efficient, FREE delivery the very next day. As promised, an e-mail alerted me to a delivery slot - between 11.13 and 12.13 (I particularly liked the 13). And they did indeed arrive at 11.43, exactly half way! It goes without saying I like the shoes. This is the second time I have bought this design as I can't bear the thought of being without them.”

“This is my first review of any type and I have been buying goods on the internet for years and years!! Not only were my sandals fab but the customer service is the very best I have experienced. I purchase two pairs of sandals sizes 4 and 5 (not sure which ones would fit). I inadvertently returned one of each size. I received a very sweet reply from Christy Patterson explaining my error. They immediately sent my size to me before I returned the wrong sandal but also sent a returns slip. Well done Lunar. Your staff are exceptionally well trained in personal customer care”

“my Lunar sandals are pretty and very comfortable,especially as I have some difficulty finding the right shoes,since a hip operation left me with a limp.The elastic strap is very helpful. I will certainly buy other Lunar shoes.”

“I love the sandals but sadly I am having to return one pair as they are too small even though I ordered an 8. I did want to get an exchange but what I was exchanging for was more than what I was returning and after e mailing twice and then telephoning I failed to get a response so sadly I am just having to return and get a refund. I did get a response at first when I queried the size of a sandal but nothing after that which is a shame.”

“Delighted with my new wellies--- perfect in colour & even better in quality than I expected. Size 7 a little tight but Im keeping anyway --- for my daughter --- will order more for myself! I would suggest going up a size for your needs. Worth it.”
