“I find the staff very helpful and the products excellent. You are always given a time frame for delivery and when items are required in a short space of time, staff do try to assist with earlier delivery. The museum standard cabinets are excellent both for display and for the protection of artefacts on display.”

“My delivery was returned by the courier without any attempt to deliver - we're a commercial business open from 8am - 8pm. Then the wrong itmen was delivered from Luminati. 5 weeks later I am still awaiting my items. I appreciate that mistakes can occur, but the Customer Care from Luminati has been v poor. I continue to chase my items...”

“Ordered these frames for my open day. Parts arrived with missing pieces meaning I couldn't put them together I rang and left two voicemails for someone to get back to me. Nothing. Then I rang the following day and they said they can send it but no guarantee if it would arrive on time, I rang again to tell them how unhappy I was, but they were not willing to resolve this”

“We ordered an A3 acrylic frame. It arrived quickly, was well packed and was exactly as advertised. The supplied wall fittings are of good quality and easy to use. The only minor difficulty was ensuring that the picture did not move between the two pieces of acrylic when screwing to the wall fittings; it really requires two people to do this. But we’re very pleased with the result.”

“The acrylic cabinet is excellent quality. Highly recommend it. The only problem we've had is the pair of keys were ommited with the cabinet and we are still waiting for the keys to arrive having requested them numerous times. Why I've given one star less than full. Please send the keys Luminati.”

“I ordered one A3 Display board with view to order another 15, but am waiting approval from committee and members. Every one that has seen it against another a 1/3rd cheaper like your one. Delivery was unbelievably quick and so I would be more that happy to recommend you for product and speed of delivery. Well done.”
