“The website is easy to use and place an order. I received my item quickly but had selected the wrong color so returned it. My refund was processed very quickly. I ordered the correct color which arrived promptly. I was very happy with my item and the whole experience.”

“You were such a wonderful online find during covid. I had a pair of Robel trousers from a small shop in Truro before so knew a little of what I needed. Your sizing and guidance on styles is brilliant, I have not found anyone else so good. Being short (and not skinny) the 7/8ths are just right full length for me! The fleece lined ones are so warm and cosy I love them. Also summer shorts/capri just perfect for the more mature age range. Thank you for prompt deliveries too. 🥰”

“I bought three pairs of Robell trousers from Lucy Cobb Ltd as I wasn't sure what size or shape would be best for me. I returned the full length black Rose pair as they were too narrow in the leg but the full length Bella in my usual size was a little tight on the waist so I sent for the next size up. They however were too wide on the hips and legs so I've kept the original size as they are very stretchy and comfortable and look lovely with a pair of wedge boots. I received a prompt refund for the Rose pair I returned but haven't yet sent back the larger Bella ones as I needed to compare them to the original size I'd bought.”
