“I have bought several pairs of Robell trousers from Lucy Cobb over the last two years.Superb service, if you need to return a pair (sometimes size isn't right) never a problem and refund appears back in your bank account very quickly. Very efficient and helpful company.”

Hi Jane thanks for the feedback. I suspect the post takes a little longer to get to Australia! Especially mid pandemic with less flights running to Australia. Im sure it will be with you soon as we despatch the same day we get the order. We work really hard to get our 5 star reviews as a small independent boutique they are so important to us. “I love ordering from Lucy Cobb. The website is easy to navigate and checking out is simple. The order is usually delivered within a couple of days and the clothes are fab. I love the fact that it’s almost a personal service online and you know your order will have been packed with care. I also love seeing the weekly videos of new arrivals. They cheered me up during lockdown. I always look forward to finding out what’s new. For choice and value, you can’t beat Lucy Cobb.”

“As I usually do, I bought a selection of clothes for my daughter’s birthday. This time though on line rather than in person. The service was excellent and prompt and my daughter was delighted with the clothes as usual!”

“i’m a new “lucy cobb” convert - i’ve treated myself to a few jumpers - some trainers - slippers - 2 coat n scarf combos - and i LOVE everything - the service was 1st class and the “click & collect” was great - i’ll definitely be treating myself more often (sooo happy to be able to get lovely stuff in bigger sizes from somewhere local) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”
