Tanya. I am so sorry. There was a bag went missing by Royal Mail. We were made aware of it about a week ago as a few people said they didn’t receive their items. On Saturday last deliveries from that bag started arriving at last. We sent them all out in the 29/11. So hopefully you will get your delivery in the next day or so. Please get back in touch if this doesn’t happen and we will send out a replacement. Huge apologies. We normally get such good service from Royal Mail it’s so unusual but so frustrating. Let us know by email please if it doesn’t arrive. Thanks for your understanding. Lucy
