“It was easy to order and the dress I ordered came quickly. When it arrived it was the dress I ordered but the sleeve was not a tassle sleeve as advertised but a bell sleeve. I actually liked it so I didn't return it or let them know. They're wasn't a bell sleeve dress on the website at the time I ordered but I did notice that a week or so later the style that I was sent was on their site. No complaints really as I'm sure if it's have returned it they would have done so.”

“It's always unnerving when you use an online business for the 1st time. I am pleased to say this is my 3rd purchase from Lucy and each 1 has been extremely swift. I love Robell trousers it's hard to think of wearing any others once you have worn them!! I will shortly be investing in a pair of light fleece lined ones for winter walking as they are so comfortable.”
