“Absolutely brilliant service from Lucy Cobb. I love the videos and the info about the different types of Robell trousers is so useful. My latest purchase is a pair of Robell jeans - worth every penny! The fit is great and they are very comfy.”

“Lucy Cobb stock a huge variety and styles of the Robell Trousers. I discovered these a few years ago, they are so comfortable and so versatile for day and night wear, with heels or flats. I have a variety of colours, from full length to shorts. The more colourful ones always go abroad with me and are ideal for meals out etc. I always accessorise with shoes, top and colourful jewellery.”

“I want to support independent suppliers and I chose Lucy Cobb as a supplier of Robell trousers as I love that brand. I ordered two pairs of Robell 07 Capri in white and taupe in size 14 and they arrived quickly and were perfect. So I had no hesitation ordering another pair of Robell but this time with cuff in navy in size 14. They arrived but I couldn’t pull them up over my thighs let alone my hope! I returned them with an explanation on the return form but have not had any response which is disappointing. I want to reorder but don’t know whether the trousers were faulty or that the sizing is completely different from style to style. So I haven’t ordered and haven’t heard from Lucy Cobb either. Shame,”

Hi Jennifer. I’ve looked into this and I’m afraid we haven’t had the trousers back which is why we haven’t been in touch. Please can you contact your delivery partner and get a tracking number. We are very happy to check sizing when we receive them and ensure you get the correct size you wanted. Sorry we can’t help further but we just haven’t had the trousers back to deal with it.
