“I have been wearing Robell trousers for a long time , but have usually tried them on first, in various shops that sell them . This is the 1st time that I have ordered them on line . I have been very impressed with the on- line information provided ( Descriptions/ videos ) & never had the various designs explained before , in as much detail. The order was delivered within a few days of ordering. Would use this service again & recommend it to other people.”

“I ordered Robell trousers and was recommended by Lucy Cobbs that I should order a size bigger. When they arrived they were too big. I had to return and pay nearly £4.00 to return. I think this is wrong especially as they recommended buy a size bigger. So sorry about this but this is my honest review.”

Carolyne. Thank you for your honest review. We are an independent boutique and unfortunately, like many other retailers, can’t cover return postage costs. We saw that you had bought Rose 09 in black and navy in a 12 and presume both were a good fit as they weren’t returned so I would assume you were the same size in these. We don’t Recomend going up in a rose unless you carry weight on legs and thighs and would normally be a Bella / Marie fit. Otherwise we say they are true to size. Hope this helps. Thanks. Lucy
