“Friendly.helpful and very efficient I had to return one item as it was too small I was refunded almost immediately was so quick no quibbling I have bought before and we continue to do so”

“This fabulous boutique seems to be my go to for my entire wardrobe. The staff are so helpful and the service extremely efficient. I love the wide range of Robell trousers they stock and most recently bought a Deck stretch shirt and the navy Tori jumper and scarf set. The Deck shirt is so useful for layering and the Tori jumper perfect for the recent cold spell. Thank you Lucy for yet another fantastic purchase 😊”

“I am always satisfied with the products and customer service from Lucy Cobb. The velvet trousers I ordered were spot on for size and so befitting for a trip to London to dine in a sumptuous setting. I was comfortable all day, the trousers adding that touch of luxury.”
