“Marie fleece lined trousers are so comfortable, especially for this time of year. I ordered my usual size 8 but found them a little snug and unusually uncomfortable, I had also ordered a Bella size 10, for choice, but they weren't right either. I called the shop and a delightful young lady advised me to try the Marie size 10, checked stock levels for me and processed my order. My refunds for my returns came through so promptly. I am thrilled with the trousers (I am ordering another colour) and the standard of service from Lucy Cobb is second to none and cannot be faulted. Thank you lovely ladies for making shopping for trousers a pleasant experience.”

Jean. Thank you for your feedback . We have spoken to the post office today. As you are in the USA it does take a little longer to arrive, especially at Christmas time and it was posted on 6 dec. We send items the day we got the orders. You didn’t pay for it to be sent tracked and our post office said it’s very likely to be at customs your end waiting for the tax to be paid so I’d contact them and arrange. Hopefully then it’ll be on its way to you. Kind regards. Lucy

“I used Lucy Cobb for the first time. It had taken a longer time for my coat to be delivered. However, when I made contact, I received a quick email response and in addition Lucy called me directly and explained what had happend. Soon after I received my coat. The coat was loverly and worth the wait. So thank you.”
