“Lucy Cobb Ltd is a gem of a business which demonstrates truly excellent customer service selling a range of lovely products. I contacted the store as I wanted to buy a jumper in a specific colour which was not available. They were able to source the item from the wholesaler and sent it to me. Super customer service. “The website is easy to use and place an order. I received my item quickly but had selected the wrong color so returned it. My refund was processed very quickly. I ordered the correct color which arrived promptly. I was very happy with my item and the whole experience.”
