“I ordered trousers on line and was so impressed that a great lady called me to check is got my sizes right because I’d ordered 2 different ones. On her advice I changed the order and I’m so delighted with them. Thank you so much for your great customer service. It pre empted me having to return them. Thoroughly recommend the service and the trousers”

“Very speedy delivery of garment, which was of excellent quality but unfortunately not my colour or shape, so I had to return. This was quick and easy and refund in my account the following day.”
