“I have ordered a couple of things from Lucy Cobb and they have been of the highest quality and at a really reasonable price. Delivery has been super quick, especially considering the current circumstances. Love to see their new deliveries, such a lovely shop to buy from.”

“I bought 2 vouchers for a family birthday and the whole procedure was no trouble at all. The website was easy to navigate and I was kept up to date on progress. The vouchers arrived promptly and I was impressed by the voucher/envelope and lovely ribbon to make it look special. Well done.”

“I’m rating the Lucy Cobb Boutique highly because of: 1. Great customer service: staff are really friendly on the phone during lockdown (I bought a beautiful suitcase set and staff packaged it up and organised delivery to Scotland!) 2. Website is quick and easy to use, with good variety & sales, 3. Lucy personally showcases the clothes in Facebook videos in a really clear, presentation often modelling the outfits so customers can see what they look like on, 4. There is a wide range of pricepoint and clothing styles to choose from and suit any budget, 5. It’s a small business giving excellent customer service during Covid and therefore deserves to be supported.”

“The trousers were beautiful. I am a size 10 but they were a wee bit wide at hips and thighs. Really sorry I had to return them.”

“I ordered four tops online and kept two of them! Not able to try on in lockdown so it's great to be able to send for things online. All the garments were lovely but two didn't suit me so returned. Kept a lovely brown sweater with boucle bobbles and a very cuddly blue hoodie. Great prices. Everything went well in terms of deliveries and refunds. I especially liked the use of "real life" models online which gave a really clear picture of what I was ordering. I also bought three lovely scarves at Xmas which went down very well with the recipients. Thank you - no need to trek into Manchester when lockdown ends!”
