“Excellent customer service. I recently bought a lovely padded jacket with faux fur collar. Size 12 was a bit snug so I returned it. Refund processed very promptly. Ordered the 14 and very pleased with it.”

“I spoke to Hannah, who was very helpful. I purchased Robell Bella trousers, but they were too tight. I have had the same trousers recently, in the same size, different colour, perfect fit. So she advised me to measure the difference and she would endeavour to find a pair with those measurements. Thank you Hannah.”

“Unfortunately had to return a couple of buys this time as didn't fit got immediate refund and acknowledgement of return I have been purchasing online from Lucy Cobb for a few years now and love her eye for buying beautiful quality fashion wish I lived on her doorstep I would never be out of her shop Thank you Lucy and Staff”

“What can I say about this company! I have been amazed by their efficiency and kindness when an order I placed went missing. Their response in dealing with the matter was first class. The two people I had contact with were called Imogen & Sarah and they were just outstanding in dealing with the situation. In this day and age courtesy and kindness is not often shown to the customer and in my experience they are one in a million & they deserve recognition. I shall certainly be using them again in the future. Jill”
