“Excellent service! I rang for advice re purchasing some Robell trousers on line. I still managed to order the wrong ones 🤪but the staff member I spoke to spotted my error immediately and rang me back to correct the order so no messing around with two payments from my account. . So kind and so very, very helpful. You can shop with confidence here and I will definitely be a returning customer.”

“Excellent delivery service - my order arrived in the north east of Scotland less than 48 hours after I placed it. I bought two pairs of Robell Marie trousers. They are a great fit for my 'rectangle' shape and I love the fabric. Only problem is that even the petite is too long for my 5'2.5" height and they are quite difficult to turn up due to the notched hem.”

“I’ve bought clothes in particular Robell trousers from this boutique for over a decade. On the last occasion the trousers were too big but reading other reviews I should have gone down a size. Fortunately there is never any trouble with returns. I will be buying again very soon.”

“Delighted with my Robell Bella full length size 40 trousers bought online. I am a pear shaped high street 14 and 5’ 8” and they are perfect. The attention I received was first class. I was phoned by Lucy to update me on my order and was so helpful. I will definitely order again as service like this, which I thought had been lost, deserves to be supported.”
