“Thank you for the excellent service that I received. I love Robell products, and it was great to find that you sold the shorts that were above the knee. I had been looking for ages, and will definitely recommend and use your retailer again, when I want another pair.”

“I have bought several pairs of Robell trousers from Lucy Cobb and have been delighted with them and the prompt efficient service . On the one occasion I chose the wrong style they very happily changed them . Will certainly buy from them again .”

“I ordered Robell trousers and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived the next day at no delivery charge. What I really loved was the hand written note thanking me for my custom and hoping that I would stay safe. This was a thoughtful touch. I will be ordering again.”

“I have recently bought the Ava wide length grey leopard print trousers.As usual very easy ordering service, and am very pleased with them. I have bought several items during lockdown from Lucy Cobb and it’s a great service! What a great independent shop, they always seem to have just what you want at a competitive price .”

“Lucy Cobb’s customer service is second to none. They keep you informed of when your parcel is being dispatched and nothing is too much trouble. I always visit the shop when I’m in Uppermill. I’m looking forward to visiting again when restrictions are lifted but, for now, I’ll just enjoy perusing their website.”
