“I received a gift voucher for Lucy Cobb and tried to buy a pair of black velvet Robell trousers online in spring. I was contacted and told that this item would not be stocked until the autumn but was reassured that my gift voucher would still be valid. I was contacted again in September to say that the trousers were now in stock. However I then discovered that the printed gift voucher had faded and I was unable to decipher the code. I phoned the shop and a very helpful sales assistant located the voucher from the partial code and date I had. I received excellent customer service and am very pleased with my trousers.”

“I always buy my Robell trousers off Lucy, I've said it before ladies you really need to try Robells, you won't regret it. Lucy and her team give you all the advice you need with regards to which style will suit your particular body shape, customer service is exceptional, so if you order the wrong size or style return procedure is very easy. Xx”
