“I was absolutely delighted to find the bag I was particularly looking for on the Lucy Cobb site. I had seen the bag locally but not in the colour I needed - black. The service from Lucy Cobb was excellent and the price very fair. The bag arrived quickly and well packaged. Having found Lucy Cobb through a Google search for the bag, I would now revisit their website. Many thanks.”

“Excellent customer service. I recently bought a lovely padded jacket with faux fur collar. Size 12 was a bit snug so I returned it. Refund processed very promptly. Ordered the 14 and very pleased with it.”

“I spoke to Hannah, who was very helpful. I purchased Robell Bella trousers, but they were too tight. I have had the same trousers recently, in the same size, different colour, perfect fit. So she advised me to measure the difference and she would endeavour to find a pair with those measurements. Thank you Hannah.”

“Unfortunately had to return a couple of buys this time as didn't fit got immediate refund and acknowledgement of return I have been purchasing online from Lucy Cobb for a few years now and love her eye for buying beautiful quality fashion wish I lived on her doorstep I would never be out of her shop Thank you Lucy and Staff”
