“Love my Robell cropped trousers so many lovely colours ! and if a colour I want is not in stock the shop will email me when it comes in can even order online! Great service !”

“I was looking for my favourite summer slacks by Robel and found them at Lucy Cobb. They were quickly delivered and the right size and colour. I loved the site online that showed the different shapes we women are and which slacks would fit best! Very happy with my purchase 🤗”

“Simply excellent service. Bought on line several pairs of Robell trousers to replace ones I have worn out. Love these trousers but more than anything I’m so grateful to be able to select exactly what I need - size and colour. Received a telephone call to check that I knew the sizing which is very helpful for a first timer to Robell. For me, I knew the size I needed but thought the call was a real personal touch. Arrived very quickly on standard delivery. This company knows what they are doing and put their customers first. I am a loyal customer and don’t waste my time looking elsewhere. Deserve every success as service like this is becoming very rare.”

“I purchased a jumper and trousers from Lucy Cobb. They were both great quality and I am really pleased with the jumper. The trousers were great but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. They were so quick at refunding me on return. I will definitely be buying again. Fantastic on line service. Thank you.”

“Always made to feel welcome when visiting the shop. Warm friendly staff. I'm left to just browse round not pressured . Yet I always find something I can buy. The online service is the best. Very quick and easy to use. Always receive my goods quickly and promptly .”
