“I’m a bit of a techno phobe and don’t enjoy ordering anything on line .But I have to say how easy I found ordering from you .So glad I can get my favourite Robell trousers from you .The shop I used to buy them from has sadly closed .You have such a great selection of them and I love the jumpers you have been putting on line .Keep doing the videos I love to see these things this way”

“Trouser looked fab but when received quality very poor. Returned & postage not refunded contrary to consumer law. Very poor practice to do this.”

Hi Amanda. Thanks for your review. The leopard print palazzo trousers you bought were trousers we sell each season and we had a couple of pairs left which is why we put them in the sale for just £10. We are sorry you didnt like them. Regarding the postage unfortunately we are an independent boutique and we can not stretch to paying for return postage like the big retailers. You will find it isnt against consumer law to charge return postage...its a company policy, we take that very seriously and comply 100% to all laws at Lucy Cobb. Thanks again. Take care. Lucy
