I am enjoying the different things I bought. I don't like the garlic and cheese king prawns.

Good communication and delivery service. Goods were as described apart from the 6 oz steaks some of which ate very nicely and a few which were not cut so well and and a few which were inedible. Grilled quickly on a joy bbq these ought to have been all good. Regretfully had a few complaints

Not a great experience. First of all, they had packaging supply issues and therefore, my order was delayed initially by 5 days. To be fair, they did call me to advise of this. However, the revised delivery date came and went with no package delivered. Two days later, after enquiring, my delivery had apparently got caught up at a warehouse and didn't get delivered.

Had a bit of a problem with my first order but the team was extremely helpful and polite at all times. Since then order has arrived when they said it would. As for the products they sell, they are all very tasty and great value . Will continue to use them on a regular basis.

After a bumpy start we sorted the communication problem out and the fish which was delivered was lovely. I say WAS lovely because it's nearly all gone!!

I know this is a small family business and I don't like to give bad reviews, However the way your Company has treated My Mother who is a Disabled pensioner and is also housebound, Three members of your company spoke to her and ALL were in desperate need of anger management, I walked into my Mum's house and I have NEVER seen her so distressed, And all because she dared to tell you how bad and dirty the mussels were that she received, How dare you treat her in this manner, even after I emailed you you still had an anger problem, Your Company needs to get anger management and learn some people skills, Because if you think it's ok to treat an elderly woman and get her so stressed she is in tears sobbing, well you should not be running a business

I knew that my delivery was imminent so stayed at home. My order was well packed in ice and was delivered by a really friendly driver. Everything was fine out of the box and I would definitely order from you again.

Service was great however the product was very poor. The scallops were covered in thick ice and this had deteriorated the scallop flesh with freezer burns. Again the prawns were in the same condition with huge lumps of ice on them. when they were defrosted the shells of the prawns were soft and the prawn flesh falling to bits. Not happy at all
