“Please read the small print. 54l is 1 box full and paying a premium of £37.95 is not cheap. I’m hoping that when I get round to burning the kindling that my fire will start with the use of one stick. Will not be ordering again.”

Hi Mathew, Sorry you didn't get the experience you expected. We try and be very open about the size of our products through our listings, if you can suggest any way other than listing the volume of the box as part of the product description, we'd welcome constructive feedback! Obviously as soon as you deliver any product to someone's doorstep via next day delivery, you add a courier charge and a packaging cost, which is our case comes to almost than £9... those costs obviously have to be reflected in the price, as well as a (in the case of our kindling, very) small profit margin. Our customers tend to understand they are buying a high quality, convenience product delivered exactly when they need it, not a product designed to compete with nets of kindling from the garage. We understand some people see wood fuel as a commodity to be bought as cheaply as possible, but that's just not our business model I'm afraid. We appreciate the time taken to leave a review, and perhaps once you've used the kindling you might reconsider whether it's truly a 1 star product. Many thanks, Paul

“Got the pellets for my Ooni pizza oven as found Ooni’s very expensive so thought would try love logs pellets. Unfortunately, having used the Ooni on many occasions the pellets I purchased just never got the oven to the right/high temperature required for my oven fired pizza after much effort and time wasted . May have to revert back to more expensive ones or find others . Very disappointed and won’t buy again”

Hi, Thanks for letting us know you've had a problem, as you've may have seen all our other reviews are 5 stars, so we consistently find people are very happy with them! I'm going to pop you an email now and hopefully we can figure out if perhaps the pellets got wet during the delivery process, as you can imagine shipping in plastic free packaging this is one of the risks.
