“Bought the oak charcoal. Superb. Did not have to use much. Heat was intense and steady. No smoke. Delivery was next day and a glitch by the courier was sorted out at once and with no fuss by LL. Highly recommended.”

“I have been delighted with both the product I ordered and the friendly, efficient customer service from Love Logs. We had a fantastic barbecue using their Sustainable British Charcoal (on our Big Green Egg) - the coals were easy to light, kept their heat for ages and produced a lovely mellow smoky taste in the food. I have discovered that it is well worth paying for high quality charcoal like this - it really does make the food taste better - and I was impressed by the sustainability of the Love Logs product. Even more impressive was their friendly, prompt and efficient response to an issue with delivery (completely the fault of the courier!) which was sorted out quickly. I will definitely buy from them again!!”

“Very good service. Logs are superb and burn very well. Very nicely packaged. I will be getting my log burning supplies from this company from now on. I love the fact they are doing it sustainability aswell.”

“I ordered the wood pellets for our Ooni and they are fantastic! I won't be going back to the Ooni version - these come in recyclable packaging, as do the natural firefighters that I also ordered. I really like the ethics of Love Logs and the delivery was speedy too - what's not to love!!! I will be back to shop again!!”

“Quick and convenient. I’ve not tried them yet so not sure how far they will go as have got a Ooni Pro oven. My first trial needed a few chipsticks and larger lumps of wood so the jury is out until I’ve trialled the quantity I ordered.”
