“Wood is good quality but they were supposed to arrive ready to use in my Gozney Roccbox pizza oven and unfortunately most of the pieces were just too big (most pieces are too long and many were too thick).”

Hi Andrew, I'm so sorry, it sounds to me like someone has mis-labelled your box and you were in fact sent the kindling for Ooni Karu, which we cut longer and thicker. I'm sending you an email now, we'll send you another box out today which is our kindling cut and graded for Roccbox, we 100% agree you should be able to use every single stick straight out of the box. Apologies again! Paul

“I love Love Logs! Great small logs that are a great fit for my little burner, and it makes it so easy that they can be delivered the next day. Really love the emphasis on sustainability and how all of the packaging is recyclable – even biodegradable tape around the boxes. They're also a lovely company on the customer support side. There's a real feel of the human touch and how much they care about what they're doing (and their customers).”

“So pleased to have stumbled across Love Logs and in particular, their Hobbit logs. Having recently installed a Peanut 3 in my new garden office, I needed much smaller logs than the 8kw Clearview we have in the house. Delighted with the service ( fantastic comms throughout the ordering process) and the logs are superb quality. Some people may think this is Posh wood and expensive, but I it burns slowly and is perfect for small wood burners. Being good quality and properly seasoned, they give off great heat. I couldn’t be happier and will be a regular customer, and the added bonus is supporting a small business that clearly cares about what they do. Quite rare in my experience. Lastly, the top down lighting advice is crucial for smaller stoves. What a difference that has made to getting a decent fire going quickly!”

“Great logs. Works like a dream. Pricier than your amazon alternative but you are ordering local British logs rather than from Eastern Europe which gets transported here (and causes more carbon footprint)”
