“Your logs are just great! I have a Peanut Log Burner and so often when I order logs locally I get so many that are too large (cleverly placed at the bottom of the bag!). Recent order was for 8” logs but I think next time I could go for 10”! Apart from the size they burn so well - though I’ve not had my fire on for some time. Thank you for quality, professional and efficient service. Please keep going.”

“Second order of Oak charcoal, really good quality product which is matched by Love Logs customer service, very quick delivery, which was well packaged in recyclable packaging. Have previously purchased three types of smocking blocks, which are lovely 😍”

“First discovered these last year for my other half’s 50th birthday. He was very impressed and so was I, the heat you get from this charcoal is amazing, we cooked for 60 guests without fault. Been using them ever since and will never go back to store bought again. Thank you 🤩”

“I am very pleased with the product and service. Price is a little high, but my family and I think that pizzas in the gozne dome are better when cooked with wood, and it smells amazing.”

“First time using Love Logs, really impressed! Customer service has been excellent giving some great advice when asking questions. The communication has been spot on throughout the ordering process and afterwards too. The pellets burn nicely! My Ooni got up to temp in no time at all. Packaging was great, no plastic in sight and fast postage too! Will be using again!”
