“Cracking service with fast delivery. Customer service is faultess. I am new to bbq'ing but from what I can tell the wood is perfect! It gave a nice smoke flavour (not too much - apple wood). Will not hesitate to use again for future orders. Would recommend to everyone also! Great customer service and fast delivery what's not to love!”

Thanks so much Ray, food looks amazing! Which chips did you use? With that setup you might find our smoking chunks make life a little easier... 2 or 3 at a time on your charcoal setup would probably make for less fuel top ups. Happy cooking 🔥 Paul

“Product and service are both excellent. Sustainable charcoal cooks better. Sustainable lighters don't chemical up the food. Better grilling while doing the right thing, unbeatable!”

“Finding and purchasing was easy - no problems encountered. Delivery was quick and the logs were well-packaged and seem to be nicely seasoned and dry. I haven't tried them yet, hence the 4 stars, rather than 5. As long as they do what they're supposed to, I'll be happy to use Love Logs again.”

“I haven't actually used the logs yet but I have been very impressed with the ease of ordering and the prompt delivery.The box is very well presented and very heavy which makes me feel that the price of the logs will be good value for money. I am sure that it will prove to be an unusual gift for a special birthday for someone who loves whisky. Many thanks”

“excellent service; consistent quality. You get what you pay for here. I purchased a large load of logs for my Karu 16 and have just restocked - after quite a lot of uses it's lasted us about a year, which is entirely reasonable. Of course if you cook every day you'll need to restock more often haha”

“Hi, I’ve ordered charcoal, kindling and pizza logs from Love Logs. They’ve always been delivered promptly, and very well packaged (so the charcoal, for example, doesn’t have much dust etc). Everything burns well, and the logs in particular have been great for making pizza, very easy to light, produce a lot of heat and little smoke.”
