“Small business type customer service and personal engagement. Sustainable agenda, making me feel good about buying ethically and buying British. Tight packed wood means great value and the logs burned a long time will definitely buy again - and as high praise as this is, I am NOT. Associated with them in any way. They’re just a great organisation!”

“First time having a chimney so I purchased the kit and the matches... it has everything you need! I recommend getting the long matches as well as it's very convenient. Will purchase again in the future.”

“I am happy to be a Love Logs customer! My Hobbit stove loves the perfect sized logs I buy. I love the size of the boxes which are easy for me ( a septuagenarian ) to store and use ( and recycle). I love this company’s ethos and attitude and attention to detail. They deserve to do well. I’m glad I found them.”

“I have been using the kindling, hobbit logs and fire starters since the weather started to cool down. The firefighters light easily, the kindling burns hot and has had no problem starting a fire in my small log burner. I had some delivery issues, absolutely not the fault of Love Logs, and Heather’s customer service was outstanding. She was incredibly responsive to my emails and resolved the problem immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Love Logs both for their products and customer service.”
