“Fantastic service. Every so once in a while, you happen upon a new business which catches your eye and you're keen to show your support. Without exception, every part of our experience of placing and receiving our order with Love Logs has been superb. We love their ethos which was reflected in their packaging of the wooden pellets we received for our pizza oven. The communication regarding order progress and delivery was superb too. “Very nice logs, perfect for our Ooni Karu pizza oven! They arrived in a perfectly sized cardboard box with no plastic which I loved! The fire starters in the kit we got work great, and the logs burn beautifully in the oven! Will definitely continue buying from Love Logs!”

“Great company to deal with - it was very easy to order the pellets, and they arrived next day. The packaging is really good, too - recyclable bags & boxes seem like a much better idea than the usual plastic sacks. I like the idea we are ordering from a more local supplier, rather than imported wood - it seems crazy to ship wood round the world for a pizza oven!”

“Bought wood pellets to compare against Oonis very expensive branded pellets. Have to say, I absolutely cannot tell the difference and would highly recommend these for any Ooni Fyra user. Also like the nice touch of supplied fire starters - they too work well.”

“Another superb delivery from Love Logs. Ordered on the Wednesday for a Pizza night on Friday, delivery arrived on Thursday. Very impressed with how quick the turn around is for an order placed later than I would have liked. Rubbish weather didn't spoil the Pizza night and all Thanks to a great delivery. Keep it up :-)”

“The products ordered arrived the next day, all packed plastic free. 👍🏻 It was also great touch, to know the location of where the charcoal came from. Unfortunately I have not had the weather to test out the charcoal or wood pellets.”

Thanks so much for the review Lee! We absolutely love Caradoc charcoal which is why we decided to stock it - you won't be disappointed! And we use the pellets in our Ooni Fyra too. Fingers crossed for some good weather soon eh!

“Great service! Our delivery arrived safely and promptly. We used our wood pellets last night in our new pizza oven. The pellets were fantastic. Our oven was up to 400c within 12 minutes! We will be ordering again. The fire lighters worked really well too!”

“One of the best lump wood charcoals I have ever cooked on, and I’ve been a keen BBQ’r for over 40 years! Great even heat retention, long lasting and no smoke! Even better, is knowing that it’s a sustainable product. Brilliant!”
