Hi David, I'm sorry you feel this way! For every box of logs, the delivery costs us more than £6 and the shipping box more than £2, so with £8 spent just getting it to you, it's natural that we end up more expensive than locally collected logs. We tend to find our regular customers are those happy to pay a bit more for the convenience of next day delivery, but we understand that our business model isn't for everyone. Glad you liked the quality of the logs! Paul

“After many years of trying different logs, most with disappointing results, we've finally found the best. The quality of Love Logs hardwood logs is amazing. The wood is properly dried, so it burns well, and because it's hardwood, it burns more slowly. The service from Love Logs is fantastic and I love their carefully thought-through environmental philosophy. Would highly recommend.”

“I have been buying my logs on subscription for well over a year; it's a brilliant service. There has never been an issue, I get emails telling me when it's due, and updates from the courier. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Heather and Paul, I wish you every success.”
