“We’ve been using Love Logs for a year now and won’t go anywhere else. The firelighters are great, the wood is the perfect size for the log burner and lasts ages. We especially like that they arrive in cardboard boxes and 2 trees are planted per box.”

“Excellent service. Initial delivery of wrong item from warehouse quickly resolved with correct item being delivered following morning. Everyone makes mistakes - it’s the rectifying of those mistakes which determine how good a firm is, and could not have received better service.”

“My first order didn't quite go to plan with the courier service but Heather intervened and was swiftly on the case to ensure safe and prompt delivery the following day. The logs and kindling were carefully boxed and nicely presented. I will certainly re-order - the logs are the perfect size and shape for my new hobbit stove :) Thanks so much! Great customer service and I'm very impressed all round.”

“My mother made curtains and loose covers for wealthy people and I always remembered the smell when she had to take me as a child to these very grand houses. It was applewood! It is so nice to sit by our fire and smell the wood burning and remember so many memories of those times. It is expensive but so worth it, smells bring back so many beautiful memories :)”
