“The logs arrived really quickly and were super well packed. I've never bought anything like this off the internet before, but after seeing their Instagram ad I liked the vibe of the company so thought I would try it. Really cool, makes me feel super eco-conscious and they also burn really well in my fire pit. :)”

Hi Alastair, Thanks for the feedback. We've worked with four different couriers since we launched last year to try and improve our offering and every single one has charges for certain postcode areas, so unfortunately whoever we move to there is likely to be some form of charge for certain regions. We sell reasonably low value and low margin products, so we simply can't afford to absorb that into our pricing because we would lose money on orders to remote areas. So the other solution would be charging every single customer slightly more, which might make us uncompetitive - a risk we can't afford to take as a new startup. As we grow we hope to be able to offer more options but for now, hopefully you can understand we are focusing on creating a sustainable business model. We really appreciate your review and comments and we have put a request in with DPD to see if we can negotiate any cost out of the out of area rates. Paul & Heather

“Bought a starter box for our first use of our new pizza oven it was delivered promptly. It burnt with a good heat and only the odd wisp of smoke but still gave a smokey flavour excellent 🙂”

“I used Love Logs for the first time to buy fuel for my portable pizza oven. the product was wood pellets which can be quite expensive. I found the prices to be very favourable compared to other sources and the product was really good. Making the order was really simple and delivery was fa's and efficient. The additional benefits are that the wood products meet the appropriate environmental standards, ethically sourced and packaged, not to mention that these guys also plant a lot of trees. I will definitely continue to shop with them.”

“Fast dispatch and delivery. The pellets work perfectly in my ooni pizza oven. Easy to light, feed well from the hopper and leave very little ash. Will definitely be buying again.”

“I've just received my 2nd order of British Kiln Dried logs (large box) from Love Logs, I'm really happy, the logs are a great size for storing and fitting into our small woodburner and they burn so well, smelling gorgeous. Delivery was prompt too. Can't fault them.”

“AMAZING price, amazing service, little to no Ash left at the end of burning the pellets, no weird taste. Perfect product and with my order I planted 11 trees... over the moon.... thank you 😊”
