“Excellent firelighters. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else. Fast delivery too. Sorry I don't know who delivered so I've ticked courier. My only suggestion would be thst you increase your box size to 250 so we would get free delivery as that would be sufficient to see most people through the winter and they wouldn't have to store the remainder until the following year.”

“Next day delivery was great but logs were smoky so must have been damp . Will use again hopefully just got wet on delivery ?”

Hello, thanks for your review. Please reach out to us directly and we're happy to rectify any issues. Our producer recently achieved less than 14% moisture content on their Woodsure testing programme and all wood is batch-tested for moisture, so I would be very surprised if the logs were damp but we are always happy to help. “I’ve bought from love log’s several times now and always happy with the logs and the service. I particularly like the Saturday delivery option which is good for my schedule. Logs are well packaged in good quality boxes which means no mess when they arrive. Highly recommend using love logs!”

“Bought the small hobbit logs for my wood burner. Great size, the only place I could find that sold small logs. Other places say they are small, but they don't fit!! Great quick service and great price. Will definitely use again, and recommend to others.”

“Used the smoking chips in my cold smoker, and for once of all the suppliers I have used, they were perfect. Most others have been a tad too " damp " and the burn stopped halfway through. Though you would need to transfer the contents to a sealed plastic bag from the paper bag supplied to maintain that special dryness.”

Hi Malcolm, Great to hear this feedback, thank you! The paper bags should keep the dust dry enough without the addition of a plastic bag. They're flour sacks, and as you probably experience, flour in your kitchen doesn't get damp. Simply keep the dust in a dry cupboard away from any moisture in the air, it should be just fine :) Thanks for your support! Paul & Heather

“I have ordered mini logs before for my Evergreen Larch stove and they were shorter than normal but too bulky. The logs from Love Logs are just right and lasting quite a while too, so dry and hard.”
