“The charcoal came exactly as described and it gave the BBQ a lovely subtle smoke flavour. Good heat and would defo buy again. Love the plastic free packaging”

“Our first order & a wee mistake in what was delivered. How a company deals with mistakes says a lot about them & Heather/Love Logs really have been first class- immediate dispatch of the correct order, checked with us about suitable time for picking up the other box. All hassle free & over a bank holiday weekend. The wood is perfect for our karu with a good amount at a very competitive price. Will definitely order again from them.”

“Great service and products. I am always happy with my wood fired pizza oven pellets from Love Logs. I really wouldn't consider getting them from anywhere else.”

“Very Happy with the logs, smoked meat had a nice flavour. Not so happy with DPD who failed to deliver on both allotted delivery times and in the end we had to go to the depot to retrieve the item”

“Quality logs and quality service. One evening I had put an order in for some Gozney logs and separately some kindling. The following morning I received a very nice Email asking if I had seen the pack that gave me exactly the same wood, plus firelighters and was about £9 cheaper! I hadn't seen the pack as it happened and they happily changed my order for me. Top quality service!!”
