“I have found Love Logs a good way of ordering quality, dry logs....small (for my Hobbit stove) and beautifully packed. Their eco firefighters are also excellent. They are easy to order and I feel I'm dealing with a company with integrity.”

“Whilst am happy with logs I think the boxes are too heavy for the couriers to carry from their van to my front door. They manage but I don’t like that they must do that so will not continue to buy the logs.”

Hi Kath, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad you're happy with the product and will be sorry to see you go. All of our boxes are around 24-26kg, which is well within the DPD weight limit of 30kg. As part of their employment contract, all of the drivers agree to handle parcels up to 30kg and are trained to safely lift and carry boxes within that weight limit. Every driver will be handling and delivering hundreds of heavy parcels every month, from lots of different companies. Thanks Heather

“Great service. Everything always ships super quickly. It really is so fast. I started by ordering coal and smoking wood for the grill and now I buy the logs for our wood burner from them top. The hobbit logs are the perfect size for my small stove and chopped uniformly so perfectly stackable. The wood wool makes lighting a fire a breeze.”

It costs us over £6 per box to ship them direct to your door, so we have to accept our price will always be proportionately higher than going out and collecting your logs.
