“Great products with a really easy to use and flexible ordering system. Logs were perfectly sized, dry and arrived quickly and were well packaged. Overall, a very neat, simple and efficient service. Highly recommend”

“Very speedy delivery. Well packaged, love the environmentally friendly packaging. Boxes are a good size, right at the limit of what I can lift as an average height woman though. Logs consistently sized.”

Thanks so much for the review! We tried to get the balance right- a manageable weight but a big enough box to get good value from the courier delivery! Keep ordering and it'll get easier with each box you lift ;)

“These fire lighters worked really well on our small wood burning stove. We have used them every day. It is also great not to have that awful firefighter smell on your fingers that you get from the supermarket firefighters.”

“Delivered to the door when I needed a comforting fire and couldn't get out. Not only did they kick out some serious heat, keeping their structure and burning long and slow (so much more economical than others I've tried)... but best of all, it was so much more enjoyable knowing no plastic nets/packaging was used, the wood was sourced from sustainable British woodland, and x2 trees were planted for my order! Seriously impressed 😍”

“Fantastic quality logs, they burn cleanly, no spitting & a noticeable lack of smoke in the room compared to lesser quality logs. Added bonus is the environmental ethos of the company. The sustainability of the wood, the fact it is British, plastic free packaging & the planting of trees for every order. The logs arrive in cardboard which is easy to recycle. What’s not to love? Happy to buy quality logs and support an ethical small business. Well done guys =)”

“Can't fault the service. Wrong logs arrived but new box was dispatched immediately and received next day. Hobbit logs are perfect for small stoves. Will be ordering again.”
