“Bought my wedding gear in the shop in Galway in October of last year, worked with Gary (I think). What a guy, what an eye for fitting. I'm 6'2 and slim, everything he selected/suggested fit perfectly. Spent more than I had planned (but still got a deal) and was completrely kitted out in an hour. Shoes, belt, socks, everything!”

“Bought a no. of items online (6), deliverd in a couple of days. All items fitted fine, except 1 shirt which has to be returned, which I can easily do through my local store (Cork). Service is seamless, effecient and good value. Choice of brands excellent.”

“A mixed bag really. Initial order was one great pair of trousers and one which was obviously old stock and included a brown stain on one leg. i spoke to Customer Services who were extremely apologetic and helpful. It was agreed that a replacement pair of the beige trousers would be sent but this time the same model as the blue ones. All great except when they arrived they wernt the same model as the blue and whilst the waist had been altered as requested (38w down to 37) they hadnt reduced the seat and sides in line with the waist. Disapointing and have now taken to local tailor for proper alteration. So staff extemely helpful and delightful to deal with but their product and alteration knowledge would appear to be lacking”

“I have been buying from Louis Copeland and sons for well over 20 years. I buy mostly Gant. When you go into Gant Dundrum, the staff make an effort to be friends, and you will remain a friend. I feel its more than just business with them. Theyre not afraid to tell you if something is not suitable for you. 5 stars deserved. ✨✨✨✨✨”

“Very, very pleased with my recent purchase experience online of a pair of Gant chinos and the follow up. The chinos were shortened to my inside leg size but I discovered that the waist size on the Gant label was not correct but Louis Copeland had no problem making the adjustment to the correct waist measurement. Not only did they adjust that pair of chinos but another pair of Gant chinos which I had purchased over a year previously. (Gant seem to use elastic measuring tapes!) I couldn't have been happier with the customer service.”
