“This was my first on-line purchase from Louis Copeland and I am delighted with the experience which was faultless in every regard. Order was as described, very carefully packaged and next day delivery to my home. However, I was not surprised by this professionalism, since I never experienced anything less in my dealings with this world class retailer over many years in their physical stores.”
