“The shoes were too narrow Wish that they were available in a wide fit”

“Boots arrived very quickly and were packaged very well. Relly good quality but the colour of the boots deliveredy were alot lighter than described and shown in the pictures. Retuned Boots.”

“Inhave had many shoes from Lotus. However, not impressed with my stressless trainers. Very heavy shoe and very very slim fitting. Had to te do the laces and un zip to put them on. Pinch around the bridge of the foot. Stressful certainly not stressless. The 2 stars are for the quick delivery!”

“Ordered my usual size 6/39 Much too tight and the shoes were made of hard and unflexible material. Even though they were greatly reduced in the sale, I returned them. I definitely would not have paid full price.”

“Beautiful shoes but sizing is way out. Definitely not uk sizing. Paid £3.95 Postage plus £2.00 to return and another £3.95 postage to reorder a bigger size. Maybe a note would be helpful to customers explaining that these shoes are very small sizing .”

“Disappointed as I didn’t check first, I paid £3.95 postage then another £2.00 to return so it cost me £5.95 to try on a pair of sandals at home that didnt match a dress so I won’t be ordering from here again”

“Lovely Sandals but right one has tarnished black marks to the gold hardware, tried to re-order replacement but sold out on website. Also the box I received them in was bashed in and open at one end. This wouldn't have happened in the Post for the whole of one end to have come away, they were just sent out like that to me. I contacted Customer Service to inform them but they were not very helpful.”

“Ordered a pair of boots and trainers in the sale. Boots were lovely and quality I’d expect from Lotus. Trainers however were lovely fit but the amount of visible yellow glue on top was not a standard I’d expect. These were returned and hopefully the quality control will be better with the replacement!”

“I loved the pink ankle boots with side buckle sparkle but unfortunately they were too small not by just a little bit but by a lot both in length and width so I had to send them back. I find that in general Lotus shoes do come up very small although the shoes are lovely this is a real problem.”

“I recently ordered some Lotus Cedar boots and received Lotus Drew, when I asked for an allowance to keep the wrong boots I was offered 3% which equated to £3 ! I only got an apology when prompted and had to chase up to get a response not impressed with the customer service.”
