Shoes were bought for a present first time worn and served to push foot over and create excessive wear so muchbthat needed re healing. Timpsons checked and said soles are rounded and the right shoe won't even stand up on uts own. Very poor quality but as they have been worn we have no option to return them.

Hi, for as long as I can remember I have worn Loftus sandals instead of slippers around the house, mainly Lotus douglas size 10 witch are very comfortable, as you know i Iordered a pair of Blue Thuram Raft sandals size 44 which were on offer, I was surprised when they were delivered, they were 30mm smaller in length and 12mm in width smaller, why such a great difference, in the size when they should be the same, after all this time LOTUS very disappointed. I have been very disappointed with my purchase this time. I ordered 3 pairs of boots in the sale, 1 pair were not in stock and were credited. 2 pairs arrived, 1 were as ordered and the other was nothing like the picture on the box or on the website. I contacted customer services last week and have not had a reply yet

Very disappointed with customer services at Lotus. After placing an order and receiving email confirmation of said order I realised I’d ordered navy instead of black. I began ringing CS within 3 minutes of placing the order. I tried countless times without speaking to anyone so tried emailing to rectify the problem but nothing. I then received an email saying my order had been processed!! I paid p&p plus £3 will be deducted from the refund which is very annoying especially when on the website it states there is 24 hours to amend before processing.

I was more than happy with my navy Lotus prancer boots. Unfortunately one of the smallest buttons fell off after wearing them only a few times. I contacted Lotus who advised that they would try and send me a replacement button. One would assume they have thousands in their factory. I have yet to hear back from them, having contacted them again. Really disappointed that I can no longer wear the boots for such a minor reason.

Very poor communication with this company. Item ordered early December. Still not arrived. Three emails later no order.And now waiting on a refund.which have had no reply about.AVOID THIS OUTFIT.

Bought a pair of ladies boots form this outfit. They looked lovely in the picture. Arrived about 2 weeks later. Didn’t look anything like the picture. The tongue had Spod Kids stamped on them! They were also a very small 5. I complained and asked for my money back. After discussions the offered me 20% as it would have also cost me to return. However, my grand daughter didn’t like them so I tried to sell them on vinted for £18.00. I did sell them, but the person who bought them is now returning them to me. She also sent me loads of unwanted abuse! That’s being dealt with. But I wanted to mention that she also thought they were counterfeit boxed in Lotus shoe boxes. Buyer beware!

The shoes I bought were very disappointing in the sizing. The left foot was very tight, whilst the right shoe was at least one size if not two sizes smaller than it should have been. I am annoyed at having to pay postage despite it not being my fault. Lesson learnt

I like these shoes but when they arrived one had a deep scratch in the heel. I've followed Lotus return policy for faulty items by contacting then via email but I'm still waiting for a reply. Not great especially when they only give you 14 days to return.

Bought the Kristina black microfibre boots. I take a size 4.5 so ordered a 5. They are impossible to get on. The opening isn't large enough to get my foot into the shoe. Very disappointing. I paid £3.95 for delivery. I am very much hoping that I won't be charged £3 for the return. A boot is only a satisfactory purchase if it can be worn! Which these cannot.

Dreadful experience. Sent me the wrong shoes which I had to return and they have not fully reimbursed me for either the total price of the shoes or the 4.95 I had paid for express delivery for the wrong goods to be sent to me

I have owned many Lotus shoes. I was so disappointed when they arrived as they are so hard ansso uncomfortable....nit ths usual quality of this brand. 😢

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers. Discovered one pair were a size 5 & size 6. Would have expected the boxes to be checked to avoid 2 different size shoes being placed in the same box. Phoned to advise about returning and getting a replacement pair. Was told I needed to wait until the "wroNg ones" were back before another pair were sent out. When quering the £3 return charge was advised "on this occassion it would be waived". Just wondered if I hadn't queried it would I have been charged. Have called twice and so far no one has called me back. Not too impressed with quality of customer service.
